Remember:

• Moderators reserve the right to use their own discretion regardless of any rule.
• Refrain from sending direct messages to the staff for your issues. Using the tickets channel is the best way as it allows for other moderators to help..
• Refrain from mentioning the staff for your issues. We watch all channels when we're available and there are plenty of other people who do when we're not.
• We won't accept invites to other discords or steam invites.
• DON'T ASK IF YOU CAN ASK, JUST ASK! Describe your issue / word your question with as many details as possible and someone will reply.
• Don't be an asshat. We understand some players and admins have friend relationships however we will not tolerate you talking shit to an admin in any of our chats.

• Contact the moderators via Tickets for support; Unless requested by an admin, do NOT dm us!
• Racism of any type will not be tolerated!!
• No @mentioning spam.
• No NSFW content, Make sure to keep any personal information hidden..
• No illegal content.
• No piracy, modding, hacking, personal attacks, harassment, sexism, racism, hate speech, religious discussions, political discussions, sexual discussions.
• No spamming.
• No excessive messaging (breaking up an idea in many posts instead of writing all out in just one post).
• No walls of text (either in separate posts or as a single post).
• Moderators reserve the right to delete any post.
• Moderators reserve the right to edit any post.
• No advertisement no matter what.
• Make In-Game name same as Discord name.
• Treat others with respect.
• No blank nicknames.
• You may be asked to move base locations if we deem your build is to close to a live event. - (we normally ask users to relocate if we find them 250m or closer to said events).
• No inappropriate nicknames.
• When losing items and asking for reimbursement, unless without video proof reimbursement is up to admin discretion.
• Must claim live events when you're within 150m of it. (KOTH, Airdrop, Dark Horde, etc.).
• Do NOT interact with live events if another user is doing it, unless specifically asked.
• Environmental damage to players, bases, or vehicles will NOT be compensated! (AI are considered environmental).
• No loot cycling.
• If you are banned in anyway, your base and all of its contents will be removed. If in clan, your base will be given to another clan member.
• If you're outside of our game server(s) for over 14 days, your base is liable to be deleted. You will not be compensated.
• Use vehicles at your own risk (land, air, sea) - They can sometime can sometimes be buggy. We will not replace broken/destroyed vehicles.
• No looting any player what so ever unless specifically allowed by said player.
• Do NOT park your vehicle in the safe zones at the traders for more than 8 hours, Any vehicle left in safe zones will be removed by Admin. Parking inside safe zones for Commerce is acceptable. We have parking garages for a reason. USE THEM!

DayZ Base Building Rules

• Use Common Sense.
• No building within 800m of a marked trader.
• No building within 850m of marked military zones. (if unsure what are military zones please ask before building).
• Do NOT block any road what so ever.
• Bases (where you store gear) are limited to 10x10x10 (unless using existing map building); Perimeter walls are acceptable.
• Three greenhouses maximum per base OR Three Garden Plots per base, no in between - Static green house's count if under radius.
• You're allowed two (2) Bases per person/Group, If sharing Land Claim, rules still apply ( i.e. 10x10x10 size limit ).
• No hoarding, this is pve. No need to hoard!
• A 48 hour warning will be issued in eviction notices with a given picture and coordinates of offences before an Admin will remove the offence.
• No blocking water fountains..- No building in any POI's (police station, hospital, fire station, castles, stores, camp site buildings).
• If you are banned in anyway. Your base and all of its contents will be removed as we assume you have relinquished ownership.

What You Need To Know

• Base flags drop after 30 days of inactivity, once your base flag falls and items despawn you will NOT be compensated.
• Vehicles have a 14 day limit to be out in the open, we have parking garages that you can put at your base. Use them!!
• Server Management reserve the right to use their own discretion regardless of any rule.
